Okay so...
Canada has a democratic parliamentary government. With a Queen, an appointed Senate and an elected House of Commons.
Toronto has their own flag. Cute.
There's a Prime Minister and governmental responsibilities are divided into 10 provinces; Alberta, British Colombia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labardor, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan and 3 territories; Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories.
